Sielco Sistemi is pleased to announce IOlog data acquisition system. IOlog includes a wide range of input/output modules and isolated serial converters/adapters which are available in three different versions:

• Compact     - SS3000   series
• Webserver  - SS8000   series
• Industrial    - SS10000 series

All I/O modules ensure a high accuracy and a stable measurement over time and with changes in temperature. A dual Watch-Dog (hardware and software) looks after the proper operation of the CPU and sets outputs to safety values in case of communication failure. Signalling leds allow an immediate diagnosis of device operation. The full galvanic isolation ensures a good protection against interference present in industrial environments.

Depending on the version, i/o modules have a RS485 interface with a Modbus RTU/ASCII protocol or an Ethernet interface with a Modbus TCP protocol. By linking several modules (via a RS485 or Ethernet bus) to a PC running Winlog Pro SCADA software, you can easily build a reliable and convenient Data Acquisition System for both industrial and home applications.

Communication protocols for a SCADA / HMI software

The completeness of the library of communication protocols for a SCADA / HMI software is the real strength because it provides connectivity to field devices. 

Sielco Sistemi strives daily to maintain the internal library of its SCADA software Winlog Pro up to date with the evolution of the communication protocols of the most common devices for industrial automation and building automation (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric etc.) through a continuous search and optimization work. 

Winlog Pro supports communication with most of electronic instruments available on the market (PLCs, controllers, indicators, I/O modules, etc.) thanks to an extensive library of native communication drivers and to the OPC Client interface. 

OPC (OLE for Process Control) is an industrial standard, created by main worldwide leading automation manufacturers, that allows data exchange between different software components without need of any special adjustment. OPC Client driver supports data access (DA) to OPC servers DA 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0; it can interface both local OPC Servers located on the same PC (through COM objects) and remote OPC Servers (through DCOM objects) located on different PCs linked to the same LAN. 

Both native communication drivers and OPC Client interface are included in the basic Winlog Pro package. In Winlog Pro new version all communication drivers have been revised, in order to uniform the configuration of the various protocols. New communication protocols were also included, such as M-Bus protocol and Mitsubishi MELSEC.

Sielco Sistemi offers to its customers training courses at different levels to get practice in the use of Winlog Pro software. Courses are tailored to customers needs. Sielco Sistemi, a leader company in SCADA/HMI systems developing, is pleased to announce that the new version 3.01 of SCADA software Winlog Pro is now available. The new version represents a real revolution in terms of look, functionality and performance.
We have re-designed the whole SCADA software platform to take advantage of new technologies, while maintaining the original robustness and reliability and ensuring the almost complete compatibility with previously developed applications.
The product has a more up-to-date and appealing look; all icons are in Pure Flat 2013 style and access to various functions and development tools is now more easy and intuitive.

Sielco Sistemi was created from the original group that in the early '90 has developed the software package for automation Winlog and now is offering its renewed and enhanced version Winlog Pro. Our mission is to promote the diffusion of the SCADA software Winlog Pro all over the world through the continuous updating and enrichment of the product, the close cooperation with our customers and Solution Providers and the expansion and strengthening of our distribution network. In addition to Winlog Pro SCADA software, we offer a range of industrial Panel PCs (PClog) and a Data Acquisition System (IOlog). Sielco Sistemi also offers itself as a partner for the development of applications and the implementation of integrated hardware/software solutions.
